General Terms & Conditions of Sale

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

For group bookings or extended stays, a deposit of up to 50% of the total stay may be required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation terms apply to all reservations and are confirmed in writing in your booking confirmation:

• More than 48 hours prior to arrival: no cancellation fee (any deposit received will be fully refunded)
• Within 48 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show: the first night will be charged
• Cancellation or modification during the stay: the full amount of the stay remains payable

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 221-5 (10) of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation and catering services provided on a specified date or period.

For reservations made online, please refer to the specific terms and conditions stated in your booking confirmation.

Tourism & Travel Mediation

In accordance with Article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, guests are entitled to seek, free of charge, the assistance of an independent mediator to resolve any dispute amicably.
